In our "Those with Access to Inside Information" list created in line with the Capital Markets Board's Special Circumstances Communiqué numbered II-15.1 (Communiqué), in subparagraph (f) of the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Communiqué;

1) Members of the board of directors of the issuer,

2) Persons who, although not members of the board of directors, have direct or indirect regular access to the internal information of the issuer and have the authority to make administrative decisions affecting the future development and commercial objectives of the issuer,

Persons with administrative responsibilities, defined as:, are included in our list of Those with Access to Inside Information. In line with this definition, our company's Board of Directors members, senior management, department and regional managers/managers, etc. They are defined as those with administrative responsibilities.

In addition, other than these people, people who work for our company under an employment contract or who have regular access to our company's internal information within the scope of a professional business relationship, although they do not work, are included in this list. In this context, the personnel of the Independent External Audit, Certified Public Accountant and Legal Consultancy firms from which our company receives services are also included in the list of "Those Who Have Access to Inside Information".
