Magnesium is the central atom of chlorophyll, a green pigment (coloring substance) that carries out photosynthesis (assimilation) in the plant, and is one of the keys to the continuity of life with its role in photosynthesis. Although magnesium in the structure of chlorophyll constitutes only 15-20% of the total magnesium in the plant, in its deficiency, the amount of chlorophyll immediately decreases and photosynthesis regresses. As a natural result of this, plant growth retardation and product loss occur.
Magnesium consumption is especially high in wheat, corn, cotton, sugar beet, potatoes, sunflowers, olives, soft and stone-seeded plants. Thanks to its granular structure, it can be mixed with all base fertilizers and applied to the soil in the fertilizer spreader. It can be used as a source of magnesium and sulfur in dry farming areas. It is 100% soluble in water and leaves no residue or residue.
