The legal struggle waged by GÜBRETAŞ regarding the operating rights of the mining area in Bilecik resulted in our company's favor. With the decision of the Regional Court of Justice, notified on 30 December 2019, the termination of the agreement made with Koza Altın regarding the mining field in the Kızılsaray village of Söğüt district of Bilecik province, which belongs to GÜBRETAŞ, the delivery of the mine field to GÜBRETAŞ and the license regarding the right to operate the mines in the mine field to GÜBRETAŞ. It was decided to register in his name.

GÜBRETAŞ terminated the contract in question with justified reasons in 2015 due to the failure to fulfill the obligations regarding our mining field in Bilecik, the operating rights of which were transferred to Koza Altın İşletmeleri A.Ş. with the royalty agreement signed in 2007. In the legal process that started after our demands for termination were not fulfilled, after the local court decided in favor of our company at the hearing dated December 27, 2018, the defendant Koza company appealed against the decision before the Regional Court of Justice. With the decision notified to our company on December 30, 2019, the case was concluded in favor of our company.

The following information was included in the decision of the Regional Court of Justice: "The termination of the lease agreement filed by the plaintiff and the acceptance of the lawsuit for eviction, and the termination of the contract dated July 2, 2007 for the transfer of the right to operate the mines in the mine site and the additional contract regarding the calculation of royalty, due to breach of contract, the defendant's possession of the mine site." "It has been unanimously decided to evacuate and deliver the mining area to the plaintiff, to cancel the license regarding the right to operate the mines in the mining area registered in the name of the defendant, and to register the license regarding the right to operate the mines in the mining area in the name of the plaintiff."
