GÜBRETAŞ announced in a statement made on the Public Disclosure Platform that an agreement was reached on the purchase of the works carried out by Koza Altın in the previous years in the mining area in Bilecik's Söğüt district.

The following information was included in the KAP statement regarding the issue made on June 5, 2020:

“In the statement made by our company on 06/05/2020, it was announced to the public that the administration was authorized regarding the works carried out by Koza Altın İşletmeleri A.Ş in the Söğüt mining area and the purchase negotiations regarding the real estate it owns.

As a result of the negotiations held in line with this authority, 33,040,000 TL (Thirty-three million forty thousand Turkish Liras) including VAT, together with all rights to all information and documents, including all kinds of data, analysis and reports regarding the Söğüt mining area and transferable contracts made with third parties.
