The 2nd R&D Workshop jointly organized by GÜBRETAŞ and Gebze Technical University has been completed.

The 2nd R&D Workshop was held in the congress and culture center within the university, in partnership with GÜBRETAŞ and Gebze Technical University, one of the successful examples of industry-university cooperation in the agricultural sector. Following the opening speeches at the day-long event, presentations by academics who are experts in their fields were followed. In the workshop; Many critical issues such as conscious plant nutrition, R&D and sustainability in agricultural production, global climate change, and safe food were discussed.

During the event, the R&D Greenhouse within Gebze Technical University, one of GÜBRETAŞ's most important agricultural R&D investments, was also visited. While the activities of academicians and students carrying out agricultural R&D studies in the greenhouse were explained, the last session of the workshop was about biostimulants and microbial fertilizers as new generation plant nutrition products. Biostimulants and microbial fertilizers, which are intended to bring a new breath to the sector with new generation studies, are among the important research areas of both GÜBRETAŞ R&D Center and GÜBRETAŞ-GTÜ R&D Greenhouse.

GÜBRETAŞ aims to guarantee the sustainability of agricultural production and food safety in our country with the innovative plant nutrition products and conscious plant nutrition techniques it has developed, and continues its activities to strengthen agricultural R&D and sustainability themed project development and collaborations with both universities and public institutions.
