Applications for GÜBRETAŞ Education Scholarship start on October 4.

GÜBRETAŞ, the leading company in its sector, has been providing scholarship support to students of the Faculty of Agriculture with its understanding of social responsibility since 2007. The prerequisite for the program, which undergraduate, graduate and doctoral first-year students studying in the field of agriculture can apply to, is to be a farmer's child. Applications for the Education Scholarship, which will start on October 4, can be made on GÜBRETAŞ's corporate website until October 15.

GÜBRETAŞ, which prioritizes social benefit in all its work with its nearly 70 years of corporate experience and the responsibility of being a pioneer in its sector, provides EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP support to successful agricultural faculty students in order to add value to these lands. In addition to important steps such as activities to expand conscious agricultural production, R&D projects and innovative product development strategies, facility investments, which have been implemented in recent years for the development of Turkish agriculture, social responsibility activities continue.

In 2017, GÜBRETAŞ expanded the scope of the education scholarship that it started to provide in 2007 in order to support the future of agriculture and increase the qualified manpower in the sector, and started to evaluate master's and doctoral students with thesis within the scope of the scholarship to support academic efforts in the sector.

In GÜBRETAŞ Education Scholarship, where being a farmer's child is a prerequisite; This year, the requirements are to have registered for the first time in an undergraduate or graduate program in one of the departments of Horticulture, Agricultural Structures and Irrigation, Plant Protection, Field Crops, Soil Science and Plant Nutrition, and Biosystems Engineering of the agricultural faculties.

Applications for the GÜBRETAŞ Education Scholarship, which is determined as 420 TL per month for undergraduate scholarship students, 840 TL for Master's students with thesis, and 1,260 TL for PhD students in the 2021-2022 academic period, will start on October 4 and can be made through the GÜBRETAŞ corporate website. The deadline for applications to the GÜBRETAŞ Education Scholarship, which has been benefited by nearly 650 students so far, is Friday, October 15 at 17:00. Application results will be announced on GÜBRETAŞ's Corporate website on Friday, November 5.
