We held our Extraordinary General Assembly meeting with the physical and electronic participation of our shareholders at the Headquarters of our company located in Nida Kule Göztepe.

The following are the highlights from the greeting speech of our General Manager Aytaç Onkun at the Extraordinary General Assembly:
Referring to the importance of the chemical fertiliser sector for global agriculture, General Manager Aytaç Onkun emphasised the importance of developing sustainable and innovative solutions in agricultural production and stated that new steps should be taken to build a stronger future.

In his speech, General Manager Aytaç Onkun said: "All the decisions we will take together with our shareholders will provide momentum to strengthen our leadership position in the sector, to realise our long-term value creation goals and to carry our company stronger into the future." He also stated that the company acts with the principle of efficiency in investments in order to make the company processes more agile with fast and flexible decision mechanisms, to turn towards innovative projects and to use resources in the most effective way.

General Manager Aytaç Onkun underlined the ability of GÜBRETAŞ, which has achieved significant success both in the domestic market and in the international arena with its deep-rooted history of more than 70 years, to take strong and decisive steps to maintain these achievements and to turn towards new opportunities, and expressed his gratitude to all shareholders who participated, especially its main shareholder Türkiye Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri.

Following the General Manager's speech, the Board of Divan, chaired by Mr Yasin Ayaz, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, put the agenda items to vote. With the support of our shareholders, the Extraordinary General Assembly was completed efficiently.
