1972 yılında Ordu’da doğan Mustafa Hamarat, lisans eğitimini Ankara Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi’nde, yüksek lisans eğitimini ise Kırıkkale Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Kamu Yönetimi Ana Bilim Dalı’nda tamamladı.
Kırıkkale Üniversitesi akademik kadrosunda uzman hukukçu, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi’nde kurum avukatlığı görevleri yanı sıra serbest avukatlık da yaptı.
Hukukun Üstünlüğü Platformu kurucu üyesi oldu ve genel sekreterlik görevini yürüttü. Aktif Hukuk dergisini çıkartarak derginin yazı işleri müdürlüğünü üstlendi.
23 ve 24. Dönem Ordu Milletvekilliği yapan Mustafa Hamarat görevi süresince Anayasa Komisyonu, Adalet Komisyonu, Kadın Erkek Fırsat Eşitliği Komisyonu, Bayındırlık İmar Ulaşım ve Turizm Komisyonu üyeliklerinde bulundu.
Türkiye-Sri Lanka Parlamentolar Arası Dostluk Grup Başkanlığı ve 2011-2013 yıllarında TBMM Başkanlık Divanı Katip üyesi olarak görev yaptı.
Mustafa Hamarat, 25 Mayıs 2022 tarihinde GÜBRETAŞ Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak göreve başladı.

Dr. Adnan Gün, 1965 Beyoğlu/Şişhane doğumludur. Evli ve iki çocuk babasıdır. Anadolu Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi, İktisat Bölümü lisans mezuniyeti sonrası, İstanbul Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü İktisat Ana Bilim Dalı, Para-Banka Bölümü yüksek lisans ve aynı üniversitenin İktisat Ana Bilim Dalı’nda, İktisat Teorisi Bölümü’nde doktora eğitimini tamamlamıştır.
Kariyerine Şekerbank T.A.Ş.’de Müfettiş Yardımcısı olarak başlamış ve bankanın İstanbul’daki çeşitli birim ve şubelerinde şube müdürü/yönetici olarak görevler almıştır.
Dr. Adnan Gün, reel sektörde değişik iş kollarında mali konularda üst düzey yöneticilikler üstlenmiştir. Profesyonel iş süreçleri sonrasında, iş hayatını mali müşavir ve bağımsız denetçi, aynı zamanda meslek örgütü üye/yöneticisi olarak sürdürmüştür.
Mesleki tecrübe ve faaliyetleriyle bağlantılı olarak danışmanlık, yarı zamanlı öğretim görevliliği ile başta Asliye Ticaret Mahkemeleri olmak üzere, bankacılık, finans, vergi ve mali mevzuat konularında muhtelif mahkemelerde bilirkişilik, mütalaa ve kayyımlık faaliyetlerinde bulunmuştur.
2019 yılından itibaren, TMSF bünyesindeki tasfiye halinde (Müflis) Asya Katılım Bankası A.Ş.’de Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı ve Genel Müdür (İflas İdaresi Üyesi) ve Birleşim Varlık Yönetim A.Ş.’de Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak görevlerini sürdürmektedir.
İki dönem İstanbul SM Mali Müşavirler Odası Denetleme Kurulu üyeliği ile TÜRMOB delegeliği yapmıştır. FENERBAHÇE Spor Kulübü Kongre, İSMMMO ve İSMMMD (Meslekte Birlik) üyesidir.
25 Mayıs 2022 tarihinde GÜBRETAŞ Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak göreve başlamıştır.

After graduating from the Department of Finance, Faculty of Political Sciences, Ankara University in 2006, Mehmet Yener obtained his master’s degree in Economic Policy from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign (UIUC).
Started to work as a Treasury Controller for the Undersecretariat of Treasury in 2007, Yener independently audited World Bank loans, National Agency funds, and European Union funds. In 2017-2018, he worked temporarily as an advisor at the Undersecretariat of the Prime Ministry and at the Vice Presidency at the same position after June 2018.
Mehmet Yener, who was appointed as the Vice General Manager with the resolution of the Board of Directors of the Central Union of Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, began serving as the Alternate General Manager of GÜBRETAŞ in April 2022.
Chairman
Hüseyin Aydın was born Borçka/Artvin, 1959. Graduated from Economy Faculty of Ankara Economics and Business Sciences Academy in 1981. Embarked on his career as Junior Inspector at Ziraat Bank of Turkey, Mr. Aydın served as Inspector, Department Head, Director of Duisburg/Germany Representation and Branch office.
He served as Managing Member of Board of Halk Bank of Turkey, Board Member of Pamukbank of Turkey, and Vice Chairman of Ziraat Bank of Turkey in the period of 2003-2005 during which Pamukbank and Halk Bank merged under the Halk Bank; then he served as General Director of Halk Bank of Turkey in the period of 2005-2011, during which the bank went public, as the largest public offering in our country in 2007.
Mr. Aydın served as General Director of Ziraat Bank of Turkey from July 15, 2011 till March 26, 2021, as well as Chairman of Banking Association of Turkey between 2010 and 2021.
Mr. Aydın also served as Board Member of Turkey Wealth Fund between 2017 and 2021, and Chairman of Ziraat Participation Bank between February 2015 and January 2022. He has been a board member of Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. since March 8, 2019.
Appointed as General Director of Agricultural Credit Cooperatives of Turkey on February 01, 2022, Mr. Hüseyin Aydın has been Chairman of GÜBRETAŞ since April 22, 2022.

After graduating from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration in 1996, he started his career as Assistant Auditor at the independent audit firm KPMG. Afterwards, he served as Assistant Inspector at the CBRT Board of Inspectors for approximately one year between 1998 and 1999.
He worked as Financial Controller at Yibitaş Lafarge Cement Group between 1999-2002. After completing his military service, he started working for Turkish Airlines in 2003. He served as SPV, Accounting and Financial Control at Turkish Airlines between 2005-2016. Then, he worked as CFO at Borajet Airlines in 2017, and as Finance Director at the Northern Marmara Motorway between 2018-2020.
Hüseyin Bağrıyanık, who has been working as CFO at Tarım Kredi Holding since the beginning of 2021, has been continuing his duty at GÜBRETAŞ as Deputy General Manager (Finance) since 4 August 2021.

Raşid Ünal graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration in 2004, and completed his Leadership Program of Griffith College in 2012.
He started his professional career in Uzel Makina (AGCO Corp.). After working as a Key Account Specialist and Trade Marketing Category Executive respectively in Yıldız Holding-Ülker between 2007 and 2008, he worked in retail and enterprise sales positions in TTNET AŞ. between 2010 and 2012. He worked in Fırat Development Agency within Ministry of Development . Ünal, had been working in Türk Telekom as Trade Marketing Manager, Head of Sales Planning and Channel Earnings respectively. During the same period he lectured Marketing Communication courses as a guest lecturer at various universities.
Raşid Ünal started serving as Assistant General Manager responsible for Sales and Marketing at GÜBRETAŞ on June 15, 2020.

After completing his undergraduate education in Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1997, he started his career as an audit assistant in the same year.
He worked as an expert at Türk Eximbank between 1998-2003. By 2003, he worked as Project Finance Analyst at Ereğli Demir Çelik A.Ş (Erdemir). Küçükçınar, who switched to Türk Telekom in 2007, has served from the beginning.as Finance Manager and Senior Finance Manager at the Treasury and Corporate Finance Directorate. After working as Assistant General Manager in Borsa Istanbul between 2015-2017, he worked as a consultant in Pozitif Danışmanlık by November 2017.
Osman Küçükçınar started his duty in GÜBRETAŞ on 30 April 2020 as Assistant General Manager responsible for Finance.

Mahmut Karaman graduated in 1990 from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Yıldız Technical University. He received his master’s and doctoral degrees in control systems in the United States in 1997. He received his master of business administration (MBA) degree in 2007 from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
In 1998-2001, he worked at Hutchinson Technology, a significant company in the hard disk industry, and in 2001-2008 at Seagate Technology, the global leader in hard disk manufacturing. During that time, he taught courses at master’s level at the university in Colorado and Denver. In 2008-2013, he served as the Revenue Management Director at Turkish Airlines (THY) and Qatar Airways. In 2013-2015, he worked as the General Manager of Yıldız Technopark.
He started in GÜBRETAŞ in February 2015 as an Assistant General Manager responsible for Operations and Investments.

Mesud Şenkardeşler graduated in 2003 from the Department of International Relations, Bilkent University, and started to work as an export expert at Petlas A.Ş. in the same year.
He specialized in such main functions as sales, marketing, product management, field sales coordination and import-export operations. In 2005-2006 he served as the product expert in charge of Marmara region at Tyco Sağlık A.Ş., then in 2007-2011 as Process-Business Development and Network Management advisor at Ototronik Otomotiv ve Enerji A.Ş. In 20011-2015, he served as the automotive, energy and finance sector manager at GfK Türkiye, then a senior advisor for a year. In 2015-2016, he worked as Senior Manager in Borem Araştırma.
In GÜBRETAŞ where he started working as Foreign Trade Manager in June 2016, he continues to serve as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Supply Chain to which he was appointed in the same year.

İbrahim Yumaklı graduated in 1992 from the Department of Management, Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Uludag University.
He started his work life in 1993 as an expert of import operations at Marshall Boya A.Ş., then served until 2011 as a manager in Marshall Boya A.Ş. within Akzo Nobel Türkiye and financial departments of group companies. In 2011, he transferred to Al-Jazeera Turkey, and managed Cine5 TV channel owned by Al-Jazeera Turkey in 2012-2015. In January-October 2016, he served as the International Operations Director of Anatolian News Agency.
Yumaklı started from October 2016 at GÜBRETAŞ as the Deputy General Manager and Executive Director, and was appointed as the General Manager on 5 May 2017.

Metin Özyürek graduated in 1991 from the Department of Geophysics Engineering, Istanbul University, and in 2008 from the Banking and Insurance Department, Anadolu University. After serving as the regional director of Marmara and Central Anatolia, and general coordinator at HDI Sigorta in 1993-2003, he became the General Manager of Özyürek Sigorta in 2003. Then in 2010-2012, he served as a project engineer and executive board member at Nessen Uluslararası Tic. Ltd. His articles on the insurance sector were published in Dünya Newspaper and local newspapers. In 2012-2016, he worked as Marmara Regional Director of Istanbullines Denizcilik. Having started working in GÜBRETAŞ in October 2016, Özyürek has been working as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Sales and Marketing.

Having received his master’s degree in finance from London Business School after receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Bosphorus University, Serttaş received certification as a Certified Public Accountant. After having started his career in the audit department of Arthur Andersen in 1996, he worked at the Istanbul, Johannesburg, London and Abu Dhabi offices of Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in financial audit and financial reporting areas. Then, he served as a General Manager consultant at IPIC in Abu Dhabi and as the founding CFO of the International Islamic Liquidity Management Company in Kuala Lumpur and Tosyalı Toyo Çelik A.Ş in Istanbul. He started working as an Assistant General Manager in charge of Finance at GÜBRETAŞ in September 2018.
