Received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (English) from Istanbul University in 2005, Yasin Ayaz completed his Graduate Program “Industrial R&D and Technology Management” in Warwick University.
He took part as a Senior Auditor in independent audit projects of the local and international companies at Deloitte Turkey office from 2005 to 2009.
He served as Senior Analyst at Financial Decision Support units of Vodafone and Türk Telekom-Avea companies between 2009 and 2011, and project manager responsible for subsidiaries in Türk Hava Yolları A.O. and Chief Financial Officer of MNG Teknik A.Ş. and THY Teknik A.Ş., subsidiaries of the group, between 2011 and 2016.
Providing consultancy services in various companies in aviation industry between 2016 and 2019, Mr. Yasin Ayaz served as Corporate Finance Director of Istanbul Airport in 2019, and has been serving as Vice President for financial affairs global operations at Q Food & Beverage Group in the food & beverage industry since 2019.
Holding Capital Market Corporate Management Rating license and Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) license, Mr. Ayaz continues his service as President of Finance Group at Tarım Kredi Holding as of September 2021.
Mr. Yasin Ayaz started to serve as Vice Chairman of GÜBRETAŞ on 3 August 2022.
Independent Board Member
Born in 1956, Mr. Hasan Dursun received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Economics Faculty of Istanbul University. He started his career in Sümerbank Trading Corporation in 1977.
Worked as a cambist in Istanbul Exchange Office of Turkish Central Bank, Mr. Hasan Dursun served as auditor at Türkiye İmar Bankası T.A.Ş and Deva Holding as well as Credit Vice President at General Directorate of Tütün Bank.
He served as branch director at various financial instutions such as Faisal Finans Kurumu, Anadolu Finans Kurumu A.Ş., Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş for long years. He served as Management Advisor at Albaraka Türk A.Ş. between October 2017 and March 2018. He was Board Member of Bereket Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. between 2017 and 2018, and Board Member of Ziraat Katılım Bankası between 2020 and 2022. A member of MUSIAD since 1995, Mr. Dursun was Member of Membership Admission and Organization Committee at MUSIAD Head Office for 11 years.

General Manager
Aytaç Onkun was born in Gaziantep in 1974. He completed his undergraduate education in Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration-Management Organization Department in 1998 and his graduate education in Toros University Faculty of Business Administration Social Sciences Institute in 2016.
In 1996, he started to work as a civil servant in Büyükşahinbey Agricultural Credit Cooperative affiliated to Gaziantep Regional Union of Agricultural Credit Cooperatives.
Appointed to Mersin Regional Union in 1997, Onkun worked in Erzin, Aydıncık and Anamur Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, respectively.
He was appointed as Director in 2008, Deputy Regional Director of Mersin Regional Union in 2012 and as Regional Manager.
Being appointed as Director in 2008 and then as Deputy Regional Manager of Mersin Regional Union and he afterwards worked as the Regional Manager Şanlıurfa Regional Union by 2019.
Mr. Onkun was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager (acting) on 10 June 2022.

Chairperson
Hüseyin Aydın was born Borçka/Artvin, 1959. Graduated from Economy Faculty of Ankara Economics and Business Sciences Academy in 1981. Embarked on his career as Junior Inspector at Ziraat Bank of Turkey, Mr. Aydın served as Inspector, Department Head, Director of Duisburg/Germany Representation and Branch office.
He served as Managing Member of Board of Halk Bank of Turkey, Board Member of Pamukbank of Turkey, and Vice Chairman of Ziraat Bank of Turkey in the period of 2003-2005 during which Pamukbank and Halk Bank merged under the Halk Bank; then he served as General Director of Halk Bank of Turkey in the period of 2005-2011, during which the bank went public, as the largest public offering in our country in 2007.
Mr. Aydın served as General Director of Ziraat Bank of Turkey from July 15, 2011 till March 26, 2021, as well as Chairman of Banking Association of Turkey between 2010 and 2021.
Mr. Aydın also served as Board Member of Turkey Wealth Fund between 2017 and 2021, and Chairman of Ziraat Participation Bank between February 2015 and January 2022. He has been a board member of Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. since March 8, 2019.
Appointed as General Director of Agricultural Credit Cooperatives of Turkey on February 01, 2022, Mr. Hüseyin Aydın has been Chairman of GÜBRETAŞ since April 22, 2022.
Independent Board Member
Born in Ordu in 1972, Mr. Mustafa Hamarat received Law Degree from Faculty of Law of Ankara University, and Postgraduate Degree in Public Administration from Social Sciences Institute of Kırıkkale University.
He served as a legal expert as part of academic staff of Kırıkkale University, and in-house counsel of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, as well as self-employed lawyer. He became founder member of Supremacy of Law Platform and served as its secretary general. He published the “Aktif Hukuk” journal and served as the editor-in-chief of the journal.
Served as congressman representing Ordu city in parliament during 23th and 24th Period, Mustafa Hamarat attended as a member to Constitutional Commission, Justice Commission, Women-Men Equal Opportunity Commission, and Public Works, Zoning Transport and Tourism Committee.
He also served as President of the Turkey-Sri Lanka Inter-Parliaments Friendship Group, and Clerical member of TGNA Presidency Council.
Mustafa Hamarat was appointed as Independent Board Member of GÜBRETAŞ on 25 May 2022.
Independent Board Member
Dr. Adnan Gün was born in Beyoğlu/Şişhane in 1965. He is married and father of 2 children. He received BA Degree in Economics from Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Anadolu University, and Master’s Degree in Money-Bank Program from Economics Department of Social Institute of Istanbul University, and PhD Degree in Theory of Economy from Economics Department of the latter.
He began his career as Junior Auditor at Şekerbank T.A.Ş. and served as branch manager/director in various units and branches of the bank in Istanbul. Dr. Adnan Gün served as senior manager in charge of financial affairs in various segments of real industry. After professional business processes, he continued his business life as independent auditor and accountant, as well as member/director of professional organization.
He engaged in consulting, half-time faculty membership in connection with his professional experience and activities, as well as acted as a witness expert, and administrative receiver at various courts, notably of Commercial Courts of First Instance, in the fields of banking, finance, tax and financial legislation.
He is currently Chairman and General Director (Member of Bankruptcy Office) of Asya Katılım Bankası A.Ş. (Bankrupt) which is in the process of liquidation managed by TMSF, and Board Member of Birleşim Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. since 2019. He served as Supervisory Board of Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants and delegate of TURMOB. He is also currently a member of Congress in FENERBAHÇE Sport Club, as well as SMMMO and İSMMMD (Union of Profession).
